Polaris Bank has been honoured with the Private Sector Champion Award at the 2026 Jobberman Partners’ Convening held at the Eko Hotel & Suites in recognition of its contributions to youth employment, talent development, and workforce empowerment in Nigeria.
The award celebrates private sector organisations that have shown strong commitment to improving youth employability through impactful recruitment drives, graduate trainee schemes, executive hiring support, candidate assessment initiatives, and strategic collaborations that create lasting career opportunities for young Nigerians.

The annual gathering, organised by Jobberman, brought together industry leaders, development partners, and stakeholders from the private sector to discuss practical and sustainable approaches to tackling youth unemployment in the country.
Reacting to the recognition, Cynthia Sanyaolu, Head of Talent Management at Polaris Bank, reaffirmed the institution’s dedication to empowering young Nigerians and strengthening the country’s workforce through strategic, people-focused initiatives.
