The command explained that the suspects were paraded on Tuesday at the command headquarters by the State Commandant, Mohammed Hassan Agalama.
Items recovered from the suspects included about 200 metres of aluminium conductor cables, mobile phones, copper wires, power banks, and several dangerous weapons such as knives, cutlasses, swords, and scissors.
The NSCDC stated that investigations had been concluded and the suspects would soon be arraigned in court for prosecution.
The commandant reiterated the corps’ commitment to protecting critical national assets and infrastructure, while maintaining zero tolerance for criminal activities in the state.
He also appealed to residents of Kano to continue supporting security agencies with useful information that could help address security challenges and improve public safety.
