Nigeria’s national team, the Super Eagles, are gearing up for an exciting summer schedule, with international friendlies lined up against Poland and World Cup-bound Portugal during the FIFA window in June.
Jairo Pachon of Eurodata Sport, the NFF’s FIFA Match Agent, confirmed on Thursday that the Super Eagles will take on Poland at the PGE Narodowy Stadium in Warsaw on June 3. The team will then face Portugal on June 10, with the venue for that fixture expected to be announced soon.

The encounter with Portugal—popularly known as the Seleção das Quinas—will serve as their final preparatory match before they travel to North America for the FIFA World Cup finals, co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Meanwhile, the Super Eagles are also set to defend their title at this year’s Unity Cup Tournament in London, scheduled to hold from May 26 to 30.
